Shareholders

“KAMURJ” Universal Credit Organization was founded on April 27, 2010.

The sole shareholder and significant participant of “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC is “AGENCE FINANCE” CJSC.

The charter capital of “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC was last amended on 23.06.2014 and currently amounts to AMD 5,000,000,000 (five billion), which is divided into 20,000 (twenty thousand) ordinary registered shares, each with a nominal value of AMD 250,000 (two hundred fifty thousand).

For the purpose of increasing its charter capital, the Company may additionally issue up to 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ordinary shares with a nominal value of AMD 250,000 each (authorized shares).
