“KAMURJ” UCO CJSC’s bonds were listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange
The line of companies listed on the Armenia Stock Exchange (AMX) has today been expanded by “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC, a company specialized in the financial and credit sector. The company is engaged in financing agriculture, supporting both micro and large farming enterprises, providing business lending aimed at business development, and offering mortgage loans, housing improvement loans, and consumer loans.
Starting from March 18, investors will have the opportunity to participate in the exchange trading of “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC bonds by applying to banks or investment companies that are members of the exchange.
“KAMURJ” UCO CJSC bonds, with a total nominal volume of 1,000,000,000 AMD, will be included in the secondary Bbond list of the Armenia Stock Exchange. A total of 20,000 bonds will be listed, each with a nominal value of 50,000 AMD, a coupon yield of 12.5%, and a circulation period of 36 months. It will also be possible to conduct negotiated trades and conclude repo transactions with these bonds.
The placement of the bonds was carried out on February 3, 2026, through the placement platform of the Armenia Stock Exchange operator, with the mediation of Dimension CJSC.
The CEO of the Armenia Stock Exchange, Hayk Yeganyan, stated:

The funds raised through the bond issuance are planned to be directed toward expanding the loan portfolio, particularly in financing small businesses and farming enterprises. This will allow the company to diversify its funding sources and offer customers more affordable and accessible loan products.

“KAMURJ” UCO CJSC hereby announces that the bonds with a total value of AMD 1,000,000,000 were fully allocated on the opening day of the auction, held on February 3, 2026, on the Armenian Stock Exchange.

“KAMURJ” universal credit organization within the framework of KfW Bank "MSME Support" program, will significantly activate the lending process to micro, small and medium businesses
“KAMURJ” universal credit organization has signed a new cooperation agreement, in the scope of which, starting already from this month, will provide loans for the development of micro, small and medium businesses within the framework of the “MSME Support” program of the KfW Bank, Federal Republic of Germany.
Under that agreement, business loans will be provided: up to 160 million AMD, up to 60 months with a grace period of up to 30 months, and with an annual interest rate of 10.5% to 12.4%, depending on the investment program.
It should be noted that loans up to 4 million AMD are also provided without collateral.
“It is necessary to emphasize, that loans are provided only in Armenian drams, which is even more demanded by borrowers. One of the great advantages of the loan is that for the repayment, it has a rather long grace period, up to 30 months, adapted to the borrower's income and investment program”, noted the Executive Director of “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC, A. Teryan.

“KAMURJ” UCO and “Armenian Leasing Company” UCO have signed a memorandum of cooperation
A memorandum of cooperation has been signed between “KAMURJ” UCO and “Armenian Leasing Company”.
The main goal of the memorandum of cooperation is:
- Providing specialized leasing services to clients, moreover, the service may include, in addition to the actual leasing process itself, other related financial services too
- Develop a co-financing program, in the scope of which the provision of specialized leasing services, as well as other financial services, will be included
- Carry out joint activities to raise customer awareness and make services available
- Implement training programs for employees of collaborating parties
- Develop other opportunities for cooperation
This level of cooperation is a new direction in the financial system, which will contribute to the development of various sectors of the economy.
