The “Procedure for Receiving and Reviewing Customer Complaints” of “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC is available in the attached documents: “Procedure for Receiving and Reviewing Customer Complaints”, “Complaint Submission Form for Property-Related Claims”, and “Complaint Submission Form for Non-Property Claims”.
Upon request, the Company will provide you with the internal rules governing the complaint handling and review process.
Please also be informed that your rights may be protected both through judicial procedures and through the Financial System Mediator after submitting a complaint.
