“KAMURJ” UCO started to carry out mortgages with gold pledge introducing 2 new Lombard credits. One of the types of loan implies loans with gold pledge at 17.7% annual interest rate, up to 100% loan / collateral ratio, and the second type of loan implies the possibility of lending without granting and gold assessment fees.
“The basis for the development of the loan was the market analysis conducted among our clients, which revealed that there is a demand for these types of products.
According to the strategy, adopted by the Company, that is, to diversify the loans provided to customers, “KAMURJ” UCO continually extends the orientation of loans and plans, until the end of the year, to introduce other types of loans also, which have a demand in the market.
