On February 27, there has taken place an extraordinary session of the General Meeting of Shareholders of “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC, during which, it was decided to dismiss the director of “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC Gagik Vardanyan since 01.03.2017 and appoint Alexander H. Teryan as a new director.

“I am sure, that Alexander Teryan will become the continuer of the best formed working traditions at “KAMURJ” UCO, as well as, will be able to invest innovative approaches and corporate working style to meet the needs and requirements of the new times, which in its turn, will give additional impetus to the development of the Company”,- noted the Chairman of the Board at “KAMURJ” UCO CJSC, Ara Aghayan.

Alexander Teryan is working more than 20 years in the financial and banking system of Armenia occupying managerial positions in various financial institutions.
