“KAMURJ” UCO CJSC has launched new Call Center, which will let the Company's customers to get full information with one call to the Company’s number; 011 27 00 00.

“We have always highlighted the importance of introducing new technologies into our service system. The new call center will allow us to optimize the customer relationship management process and improve customer needs satisfaction mechanisms.

Call center will also carry out monitoring of customer needs satisfaction for all the customers of Company. The service quality is considered as our top priority and we are always ready to carry out necessary investments to improve quality of our service.

We are sure that new Call center will further increase satisfaction of our customers from our products as well as from quality of our  services՛՛- said Armen Arevyan, the Head of Marketing, PR & Advertisement Department.
